PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to register an First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dt.27.05.2015, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to hold an enquiry and to file final report. ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents herein dated 27.05.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2017 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this wit petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
