2. This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2019, wherein and whereby, the petitioner seeks for correcting the entries made in the patta with regard to the status of the land.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation is not considered by the respondents so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and decide. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
