This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.2311 of 2024 dated 07.02.2024 as that the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District instead of the condition to report before the inspector of police Muthupettai Police Station, Tiruvarur district everyday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of ten days and thereafter, before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, weekly once i.e. on Saturdays at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and required for interrogation. 27.03.2024 rli https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
