appearing for the respondent submitted that the appellant and the respondent have settled the matters amicably and entered into settlement agreement dated 02.09.2022 and filed copy of settlement agreement dated 02.09.2022 duly signed by both the appellant and respondent along with memo dated 05.09.2022 filed by the appellant and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw all the appeals.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to take the said memo on file. 3.Recording the above said submission, all the appeals are dismissed. The Memo dated 05.09.2022 filed by the appellant is taken on file and the same is recorded and shall form part of the decree. No costs.
