O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to regularise the services of the petitioner as Depot Manager Grade III with effect from 1.10.1998.

2. Though a larger relief is sought for in this writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner restricted the prayer to the extent that he has submitted a representation and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondent.

3. Thus, without going into the merits and the demerits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 03.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
