Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to Attachment Notice dated 05.01.2011 in Asset No.10601 and quash the same and further direct the second respondent to dispose the appeal dated 21.10.2010 of the petitioner within a fixed time frame.

On 30.11.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the case on 04.12.2018, under the caption "for dismissal''. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
