Mr.L.Ramanathan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has appointed as salesman under the physically challenged quota. The petitioner made a representation on 7.08.2020 to the third respondent and the same is still pending without consideration. Aggrieved over the non consideration, the petitioner is before this Court for early disposal of the representation.

3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is given to the second respondent to forward the proposal to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2020, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
