This petition is filed to condone the non appearance of the petitioner before the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Tiruppur on 06.01.2023 and 01.02.2023, as per the order of this Court dated 01.03.2022 made in Crl.M.P.Nos.2499 and 2501 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.245 of 2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 01.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2499 and 2501 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.245 of 2022, suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner on the condition that she should appear before the trial court on every first working day of english calendar month at 10.30 a.m.,till the disposal of the criminal revision case. He further submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, but due to ill health of the petitioner, she was not able to appear before the trial court on 06.01.2023 and 01.02.2023. Thus he prayed for condone the non appearance of the petitioner before the trial court on those two days. V. SIVAGNANAM, J.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this court condones the non appearance of the petitioner before the trial court on 06.10.2023 and 01.02.2023.
