C.M.P.No.4760 of 2019 in S.A.No.830 of 2005 N.SESHASAYEE,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 995 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal dated 27.04.2016 and to restore the Second Appeal on file in S.A.No.830 of 2005.

2.Heard, both sides.

3.This Court heard the merit of the matter briefly and suggested for a mediated settlement of the dispute, to which both sides agreed. Since there is a possibility of settlement and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, petition is allowed.
