This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Para No.5(d) by the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29039 of 2023 dated 02.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
