This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27975 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022 in Crime No.865 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petition is ordered.
