ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.14429/2014 dated 05.06.2014, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent would submit that the order, which is the

subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the respondent vide order of the respondent dated 26.08.2015 in and by which, the name of the 4th respondent in the writ petition, has been deleted after giving reasonable opportunity and the counter affidavit dated 15.02.2018 along with enclosures have also been filed, which are taken on file and record.

The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
