This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.R.C.No.1591 of 2022, that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagapattinam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 21.12.2022 passed in Crl.R.C.No.1591 of 2022, in para 10(iii), it was mentioned that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagapattinam. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply with the abovesaid condition, because the conditional amount is very much high and the petitioner is not having any moveable or immoveable properties to the value of 50 lakhs. Thus, he prayed for modification of the above said condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) and perused the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is inclined to modify the condition No.10(iii) imposed 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

msr on the petitioner in the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.1591 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022.

Accordingly, the condition No. 10 (iii) of the order passed in Crl.RC.No.1591 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022 is modified as follows; '(iii) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagapattinam.

6. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed in the order dated 21.12.2022 passed in Crl.R.C.No.1591 of 2022 shall remain unaltered.

7.This petition is ordered accordingly.
