2. A counter has been filed on behalf of the respondent, in which they have stated that the petitioner would not fall within the category as stipulated in the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court and that only those Secondary Grade Teachers, who had been granted Selection / Special grade during the period from 01.06.1988 to 31.12.1995 would be entitled for the benefit.

3. Let me not enter into a discussion on this aspect, since the writ petition is still pending. The issue can be adjudicated in the said writ petition.
