The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.01.2024, registered for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C seeks bail .

2. The learned Government Advocate stated that the injured is still in hospital.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition after a period of three weeks, if necessary.
