This application has been filed to accept the present cause title in the civil revision petition viz., CRP.SR.No.211050 of 2025.

2. The application to accept the cause title has become necessary on account of the demise of the first defendant in the pending suit. Defendants 2 to 4, who are the legal heirs of the deceased first defendant, are already parties to the suit, and therefore, no prejudice would be caused by accepting the present cause title.
