This application has been filed to implead the applicant as a party-defendant No.3 in the suit in C.S.No.159 of 2022 pending before this Court.

2. According to the applicant, he is the one of the governing board member and treasurer of the registered society. Hence he also seeks to implead in the above said suit.

3. The learned counsel for the Plaintiff has no objection for impleading.

4. Such view of the matter, the application is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and file the amended plaint copy by 04.03.2024.
