2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.712 of 2012 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 11.06.2012 and the same was submitted in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur on 05.10.2017. She further submitted that R.C.S.Notice No.66 of 2017 was also served on the de facto complainant. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
