ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu - Sekar. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for production of the detenu before this court.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that despite efforts made, detenu could not be secured.

3. We are not inclined to keep this petition any longer and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, we are inclined to close this petition, however, we direct the investigation to go on and as and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with the above directions.
