TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner are present.

2. Respondents 1 to 3 filed MC.No.470 of 2018 before the Vth Additional Family Court, Chennai seeking maintenance from the petitioner, who is the husband of the 1st respondent.

3. Pending Petition, interim maintenance was ordered by the Court. Aggrieved by the order of maintenance, the petitioner has come on revision before the High Court.

4. The matter is referred to the Lok Adalat for effective compromise between the parties. Pending Criminal Revision Case, the parties namely, the petitioner and the respondents 1 to 3 arrived at a compromise and they are hopefully living together without any dispute.

5. The petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the Criminal Revision Case.

6. In view of the request of the petitioner himself for withdrawal of the Revision Case, the Criminal Revision Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The memo filed by the petitioner shall form part of the Award. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4

The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
