Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent impugned demand notices for property tax dated 11.02.2011 for assessment numbers 4170886, 4170887 and 4170888 for the periods of 2010-2011-I, 2010-2011-II mentioned property situated at Ward No.51, Door No.102-1 to 3 Nadu Street, Kondalampatty, Salem - 636 010 and quash the same.

Hence, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
