This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to decide and dispose of the appeal dated 01.10.2012 against the order bearing NO.SZ/IR/DO dated 30.07.2012 of the 2nd respondent appellate authority on merits within a reasonable period that may be fixed by this Court in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up today, Mr.R.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have complied with the order against which another writ petition has already been filed before this Court.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this present petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
