2. Offences alleged are under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) IPC.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The marriage between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant took place on 13.06.2016. Due to dispute arose between the spouses, on 29.06.2016, she left her matrimonial house. She is now in her parent's house. It is a matrimonial dispute.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned [*]Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioners shall execute a separate bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
