J.B.Kadian ...respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent dated 17.07.2015 and quash the same insofar as it relates to including the name of the fourth respondent as a representative of the petitioner Union i.e., Air Corporation Employee Union (ACEU), and consequently, direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to issue nomination list with the petitioner Union, represented by General Secretary Mr.A.K.Malhotra as the only representation/nomination of the petitioner Union bearing its name and Registration Number (No.3905/1989).
