This petition is filed for suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

2. Since the petitioner is in custody from 2016, Registry is directed to get the typed set of papers ready and list the appeal for final hearing during the first week of January 2025.

3. Post the appeal for final hearing during first week of January 2025.
