The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.01.2023 for the offence under Sec.363 of I.P.C. and subsequently it was altered into Sec. 147, 148, 294(b), 363, 397, 307, 447, 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.17 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
