C.M.A.No.1540 of 2019 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.

This matter is placed before this Court seeking extension of time for a further period of two months' to dispose of O.S.No.38 of 2016 pending on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tiruppur.

2. As requested by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, two months' time is granted to dispose of O.S.No.38 of 2016, pending on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tiruppur.

3. The II Additional District Court, Tiruppur, is expected to decide the matter on a day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond two working days at any point of time, preferably before 30.04.2020, to bring the issue to a logical end.
