[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenue by name Divya, aged 17 years, daughter of the petitioner.

The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/father.
3.Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
