[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenue by name Divya, aged 17 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel. The second respondent has produced the detenue and she has been identified by the petitioner/father of the detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/father.

3.Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
