This is a petition seeking to condone the delay of 343 days in representing the above C.R.P.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed, subject to the payment of Rs.1,000/- as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, on or before 03.03.2020.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise found to be in order, and post the matter for admission.
