This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 10.06.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.933 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/contemnor. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. In view of the order being passed in this contempt petition, no order is necessary in the sub application in Sub.Appl.No.541 of 2025 filed seeking to dispense with the personal attendance of the respondent in the contempt proceedings before this Court and allow him to represented by his advocate at all hearings, and accordingly, the same is closed. 17.04.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/ Non-speaking order sp Page No.2 of 3
