C.M.P.Nos.1050 and 1051 of 2018 have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st revision petitioner viz., K.Sekar in the C.R.P. and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st petitioner in the C.R.P. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., these C.M.Ps. are ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the C.R.P. and list the C.R.P. after two weeks.
