O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenue, Muthunayaki, seeking direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter Muthunayaki went missing, in connection with which a case in Crime No.8 of 2014 has been registered by the second respondent police and investigation is in progress.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction, submits that the detenue is said to have eloped with the third respondent and surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam on 16.07.2015. Since she is major, she was let free.

4. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
