2. The learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection for allowing this application. It is represented by both the counsels that before the Arbitrator, it is in the final stage of arguments.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award. Accordingly, this application is allowed as 1/3
