2. This is an application with prayer for condonation of delay (to be noted, 'condonation of delay' shall be referred to as 'COD' for convenience). COD is sought qua filing claim in Form 66.
3. Respondent/OL very fairly submits that she is not opposing COD prayer and the same can be acceded to.
4. This Court having perused affidavit filed in support of captioned application, having heard learned counsel for applicant as well as OL, noticing that OL has no objection to the prayer in captioned application being acceded to, deems it appropriate to accede to the prayer. 5. Though obvious as and when the claim in Form 66 is filed, the same will be processed/dealt with on its own merits and in accordance with law by OL.
