2. Heard Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the petitioners/appellants/State.

We have gone through the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and having satisfied with the reasons stated therein for the delay occurred, we are inclined to allow this petition and condone the delay of 104 days in representing the WA.SR.
