O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to receive and register the sale deed dated 10.12.2025 presented by the petitioner for registration.

2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and on instructions, he submits that if the sale deed dated 10.12.2025 presented by the petitioner, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, is otherwise in order, the said document will be registered by the 1st respondent, and in case the 1st respondent finds that the said document cannot be registered, the 1st respondent shall pass a speaking order. The said statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is recorded.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to receive and register the sale deed dated 10.12.2025 presented by the petitioner for registration, if the same is otherwise in order. If the 1st respondent finds that the said document cannot be registered, the 1st respondent shall pass a speaking order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner. The 1st respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of two weeks from the date of re-presentation of the sale deed and the pending documents, by the petitioner for registration. No Costs.
