in the schedule hereunder and no one other than the plaintiff has got any manner of right, title or interest over the same and consequently; ii) for a permanent injunction restraining the defendant his men, agent, representatives or successor in interest from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property by the plaintiff; iii) directing the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- being the damages caused to the suit property.
iv) Costs of the suit; and v) Pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER
The plaintiff has filed a memo stating that the issue has been settled between the parties and that they are withdrawing the suit as settled out of Court. The suit is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as per the Rules.
2. Mr.J.B. Abitha Banu, the learned Advocate Commissioner therefore stands discharged from the case. Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications are closed.
