ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a communication in Na.Ka.No.9208597/CA.1/2024, dated 10.03.2025. On going through the same, it is seen that the name of the petitioner has already been included in the waiting list, and as and when the petitioner's turn arises, her name will be considered for compassionate appointment.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that proper instructions were not given during the earlier hearing, and it was informed as if there was only a proposal to include the name of the petitioner in the waiting list, whereas the name of the petitioner has already been included in the waiting list.

3. In light of the above development, wherein the petitioner's name will be considered for compassionate appointment when her turn arises, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
