ORDER

The petitioners have filed the present contempt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.09.2014 made in WP.No.23728 of 2014.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D) No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 12.02.2016 and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. Ms.K.Jenitha, learned counsel for the petitioners also admitted the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
