ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to pass an order to expeditiously dispose of the complaint in C.C.No.182 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the notice has been served on the respondent's counsel, none appeared on his behalf.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner for a direction to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No.182 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet and also taking into account that the complaint had taken on file in the year 2009 itself and the trial has also commenced, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet to expedite the trial in connection with C.C.No.182 of 2016 and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
