Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the notional promotion to the petitioners as Forest Guard on par with juniors by including their name in the panel drawn for the year 2003-2004 with effect from 31.05.2004 for purpose of getting enhanced pension (Petitioners service was regularized on par with juniors only now) and in the light of order passed by Our Honble High Court in W.P. No.15726 of 2016 dated 28.04.2016 and order in W.P. No.1229 of 2024 with dated 23.01.2024 and Order in W.P. No.47719 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025 by considering the representation 27.10.2025 in time limit to be stipulated by this Honble court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to
consider the notional promotion to the petitioners as Forest Guard on par with juniors by including their name in the panel drawn for the year 2003-2004 with effect from 31.05.2004 for purpose of getting enhanced pension (Petitioners service was regularized on par with juniors only now) and in the light of order passed by Our Honble High Court in W.P. No.15726 of 2016 dated 28.04.2016 and order in W.P. No.1229 of 2024 with dated 23.01.2024 and Order in W.P. No.47719 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025 by considering the representation 27.10.2025 in time limit to be stipulated by this Honble court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent
to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
