ORDER

This Court by order dated 13.08.2015 injuncted the respondents from going ahead with the drawl of lot. Out of 492 shops, 445 shops were allotted, balance 47 shops are kept without allotment. Though one person has filed the Writ Petition challenging the order of cancellation of allotment, taking into consideration the fact that 22 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ allottees were already suffered because of this order, the

benefit which has accrued to the petitioner is also extended to the similarly placed persons.

2. Since the respondents are ready to conduct drawl of lot to the 22 shops from the remaining 47 shops, the respondents are directed to conduct drawl of lot for the remaining 47 shops and allot shops to the 22 persons whose allotments have been cancelled, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Contempt Petition is closed. The Sub Application is also closed.
