2nd respondent to accept the tender application and process the same without the petitioner filing the aforesaid certificates so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the bidding process.

ORDER
The petition has been filed directing the 3rd respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection certificate, and Certificate for working condition of the plan and machineries as envisaged in Tender Notice No. 43/2025-2026/HDO dated 19.01.2026 to the 2nd respondent based on the application dated 29.01.2026, 31.01.2026 and 02.02.2026 filed by the petitioner and directing the 2nd respondent to accept the tender application and process the same without the petitioner filing the aforesaid certificates so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the bidding process.
2. The original documents have been now produced before this Court. From a perusal of the said original documents, it is clear that the other contractors have uploaded the requisite documents and it is also informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the work certificate has been already issued and the work was also commenced. Since the work order has been issued and work also commenced, this writ
petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. No costs.
