ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Seeking for medical treatment for the petitioner's husband, the petitioner had given a representation on 11.02.2025 to the jail authority and since the representation was not considered within a reasonable time, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered on 13.02.2025 and that the petitioner's husband was extended with necessary medical treatment, which is continuing till date.

3. In view of the action taken by the respondents against the petitioner's representation, no further orders are required. In case, the petitioner is not satisfied with the medical treatment extended to her husband at the jail hospital, it is open to her to approach the jail authority

with a representation seeking leave for taking treatment at Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital.
