2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above fact, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition for recalling the order dated 10.10.2014, made in W.P.No.18845 of 2010.
