Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Implead the proposed Respondents 2 and 3 as Respondents 2 and 3 in (in WMP No.1100 of 2017) the main Writ Petition. No.WP.43480/2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AL.GANTHIMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P. SANJAIGANTHI Additional Government Pleader, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the period of the order of suspension, dated 02.12.2016, had expired and that the proviso to Section 19 of the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges Regulation Act,1976 has not been followed. Hence, the petitioner as a matter of right is entitled to be reinstated in service. In this regard, he filed this Miscellaneous Petition, seeking to implead the proposed respondents herein, as respondents 2 and 3 in the main appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent

Management has submitted that the first respondent Management has no serious objection in ordering this petition. He further added that the charge Memo has already been issued and disciplinary proceedings are going on as against the petitioner and therefore, prays for short accommodation.

3. Hence, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

5. Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the proposed respondents seeks time, to get instructions. Call on 14.03.2017.
