When the contempt petition was taken up at 2.15 p.m. the contemnor was not present. The learned Additional Advocate General by moving an application for dispensing with the personal appearance submitted that the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has already passed orders and as such his personal appearance should be dispensed with. Since the order in

question was passed only after issuing statutory notice, I have rejected the said application and directed personal appearance of the respondent at 3.00 p.m. Accordingly the respondent is present in Court.
