Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Perused the entire materials available on record.

2. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, where HMOP.No.1864 of 2021 filed by the petitioner for divorce against the respondent is pending, to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible by fixing specific time frame.

3. According to the petitioner, the respondent made appearance in the said OP and filed counter and it is posted from time to time for enquiry. The petitioner is having a child of 3 1⁄2 years old and suffering from mental agony on account of pendency of this case, thereby, sought for a direction for early disposal.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and on going through the material papers, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.1864 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 18.04.2023 kmi To
