Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 07.02.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.1644/2021 that subject to the condition that the (c) petitioners shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.K.SYED ELIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1644 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1644 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
