Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 take necessary action against the respondents 5 to 18 for the declaring excommunication against me and my family and to restore the house bearing No.147, comprised in Survey No.386/4A, Fishermen Colony, Poompuhar, allotted to me under the Sunami Rehabilitation Scheme.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 take necessary action against the respondents 5 to 18 for the declaring excommunication against petitioner and her family and to restore the house bearing No.147, comprised in Survey No.386/4A, Fishermen Colony, Poompuhar, allotted to me under the Sunami Rehabilitation Scheme.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, negotiations were conducted at the instances of the officials concerned and the issues between the parties are settled amicably.

3. In view of the information now provided by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of an opinion that no further adjudication needs to undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
